Terms and Conditions

1. Payment
Payment can be made on-line by credit card (via the secure PayPal system) or by mail order with cheque. You do not need to have a PayPal account to order on-line; simply enter your preferred credit card details in the usual way on the secure PayPal server.
We will only despatch cards once cleared funds are received by us. Orders paid for by cheque may therefore take a little longer than those paid for on-line.
If paying by cheque, you should complete on-line order form and select cheque payment. It is your responsibility to include all necessary information including: a copy of your order form, a cheque with order reference on the back, your photo with reference on the back (if applicable and not already posted on-line). Cheques should be made payable to Look at Me! and sent to PO Box 289, Sevenoaks, TN13 9DY

2. Product details
The product illustrations on the web site are only a guideline of end-result. Since all cards are produced to order, your printed cards may vary in small details from those illustrated on web site.
Product colours on the web site are only an indication of printed result; on-screen colours vary from one PC to another and the print process will also vary slightly from one order to another.

3. Proofing
At the time of ordering you should check all details carefully on your order form. We take every care to ensure that cards are correctly typeset and that photos are cropped and positioned appropriately before printing.
We send an email proof of all cards before printing (usually within 2 working days). It is your responsibility to check this proof carefully to ensure that spelling, punctuation and layout are to your satisfaction.
We require confirmation by return email of approval or any changes before we can print your cards.
Minor corrections, changes or additions are all included in the product price. However, should you make substantial changes to your card following receipt of proofs (eg substituting a different photo, rewriting the text) or require more than 2 sets of amendments, then we reserve the right to charge additional alterations at our hourly rate - you would be informed of any chargeable work in advance with the option to decline it and proceed with an existing proof.
Any changes requested after going to print will be charged to you.

4. Delivery
We will normally despatch your order within 2 working days of receipt of sign-off from you but please allow up to 5 days.
We send all cards by First Class post or Special Delivery; the latter guarantees next-day delivery after despatch excluding certain public holidays. We recommend that if your order is time-sensitive that you inform us to that effect at the time of placing your order.

5. Returns
We are confident that you will be happy with your goods. If however, you have a complaint please return the cards to us in original packing within 7 days of receipt indicating the reason for return. Please also advise whether you prefer to have your cards reprinted or a refund.

6. Amendments to our products
We reserve the right to amend, add or remove any item, price or condition on this web site, without prior notice.
With reference to our card stock, we reserve the right to substitute material of similar quality without prior notice.
